Oaklands Association Ltd - maintaining your roads

This site is intended for the use of the residents within the OAL catchment area and also those who may be thinking of becoming residents, including their legal and/or financial advisers. OAL is a residents association in the form of a company whose principal objective is the maintenance of the private roads in the area. The main intention of this website is to provide background information on the formation and objectives of OAL and how the company works and is funded. The site includes copies of recent financial statements, the Memorandum and Articles of Association, the names of current Directors, the latest insurance cover, and information about the Annual General Meeting including minutes of recent meetings. Also provided are copies of recent bi-annual newsletters and our privacy notice.
